TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AJB CLASSIC CAR HIRE

BOOKING AND PAYMENT


1. Payment of £50 is payable on completion of the booking form. Should the hirer wish to complete the booking form by post .The signed form and the £50 deposit must be received at this office within 10 days from the date the booking was made.If the form and deposit are not received within this time ,AJB Classic car Hire reserves the right to place the vehicle back on offer for that date.


2. Full payment is required one month before the booked date. A reminder will be sent to the clients address one month before the booked date. Five working days must be allowed to clear cheque payments.


3. Car cannot be despatched upon uncleared funds

CANCELLATION

1. Should the hirer cancel a booking between completion of a booking form and payment in full , the deposit will be retained by AJB Classic Car Hire.


2. Should the hirer cancel the booking after full payment has been made any refund on the balance to the hirer will depend upon AJB Classic Car hires ability to re-hire the vehicle.


LIABILITY

1. AJB Classic Car Hire liability will be limited to the cost of the car hire only.AJB Classic Car hire cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses to the hirer in any event howsoever caused.

GENERAL


1. AJB Classic Car Hire cannot offer car for the hirer to drive

2. The hirers signature on the booking form is an acceptance of these terms and conditions and of responsibility for the payment of charges due.

3. AJB Classic Car Hire will provide an alternative vehicle if your choice of car becomes unavailable unexpectedly .
